We are our region's longest serving cancer care physician group, with recently opened medical oncology services complemeting an established and thriving radiation oncology practice. We are looking for an experienced certified pharmacy technician to join our recently opened medical oncology practice located at the North Cascade Cancer Center. The clinic space is newly built with a spacious infusion suite and on-site compounding capability with a USP 797 certified sterile compounding pharmacy room with a mixing hood. The successful candidate will be a certified pharmacy technician with clinical experience (3 years or more preferred, experience compounding cancer chemotherapy and immunotherapy infusions preferred), a meticulous and patient-oriented approach to care and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. The pharmacy technician will be responsible for compounding oncology therapeutics using current standard/best practices for administration to patients working in a team with medical oncologists and an infusion nurse.

Current needs are anticipated to be approximately two full time days per week on a per diem basis with potential transition to full time employment in the future.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
